Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG brand with a strong presence across the GCC, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade marketing strategy and execution in Oman. Based in Muscat, you will be responsible for shaping channel strategies, enhancing in‑store visibility, and delivering initiatives that drive market share and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies tailored to the Omani market.
• Drive in‑store visibility and merchandising across traditional and modern trade channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, distributors, and retail partners to ensure effective execution.
• Manage trade spend, budgets, promotions, and trade investments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide commercial insights for decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of FMCG trade marketing experience within the GCC.
• Deep understanding of the Omani retail and distribution landscape.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing trade budgets, promotions, and in‑store merchandising.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
