UiPath Solutions Architect – Enterprise Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions for a large telecom client. The role is based in Muscat and involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to translate operational needs into robust automation architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, end‑to‑end RPA frameworks and produce comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Integrate advanced UiPath capabilities such as Intelligent Document Processing, Document Understanding, OCR, and AI/ML models into enterprise workflows.
• Enforce development best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor high‑performing developer teams.
• Manage seamless integrations between UiPath and legacy systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs.
• Act as the strategic bridge between business leads and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development or RPA experience, with at least 3 years as a UiPath Solution Architect.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or equivalent certification.
• Proven track record delivering complex automation projects in regulated or enterprise domains such as Telecom, Banking, or Energy.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency with UiPath Document Understanding and IDP.
• Programming languages: C#.NET, Python, Java.
• Scripting: PowerShell, JavaScript, VBA.
• Database expertise: SQL, NoSQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
