Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service, creating memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain daily specials and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serve meals and beverages according to Tivoli service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station; assist with opening, operating, and closing duties.
• Support room service operations, clear and reset tables efficiently, and ensure proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.
• Uphold the highest standards of personal hygiene, food safety, and HACCP procedures.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, hotel policies, and health & safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures.
