Account Executive – Food

About the role

As an Account Executive – Food you will manage and grow relationships with food partners across Oman, supporting their success on the Snoonu platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across Oman.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption.
• Assist partners with day‑to‑day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and insights to support business decisions.
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand partner needs.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
