Manager Acquisition

About the role

As the Manager Acquisition you will lead the strategic growth of our vendor network, driving the onboarding of new partners to expand the platform’s footprint and ensure a diverse, high‑quality selection for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Acquisition team to meet and exceed targets, setting strategies, goals and objectives.
• Drive acquisition of new restaurant, grocery and specialty‑store partners through market analysis, strategic planning and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the restaurant industry and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and account‑management teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
• Continuously assess and improve acquisition processes, implementing best practices for efficiency.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in sales or acquisition, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in a team‑lead or supervisory role, preferably in F&B, delivery, FMCG or tech.
• Strong people‑management skills, able to inspire, train and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards and reporting systems.
