Account Executive - Food

About the role

Join Snoonu's Commercial Team in Oman as an Account Executive, supporting the growth and success of restaurant and retail partners on the Snoonu platform. This role is ideal for a people‑oriented individual eager to start a career in a fast‑growing super app.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform‑related queries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and flag any drops in orders, ratings, or activity.
• Assist partners in updating menus, prices, and promotional offers.
• Follow up on pending actions, documents, and onboarding requirements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data, trackers and basic reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or account tracking systems.
