Account Manager - Food

About the role

Join Snoonu’s Commercial Team in Oman as an Account Manager responsible for a growing network of restaurant, retail and service partners. You will be the main point of contact, nurturing relationships and driving performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail and service partners on the Snoonu platform.
• Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, GMV, ratings) and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan promotions, campaigns and menu updates with partners to boost sales.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations and operational challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on targets and growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure partner success.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage a large portfolio.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with performance dashboards, CRM tools or data analytics platforms.
