Accountant / Cost Controller & Admin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Accountant / Cost Controller to manage daily accounting, financial control, purchasing costs, inventory, payroll, and basic HR administration. The role involves hands‑on monitoring and controlling expenses across various business areas such as marine operations, fuel, transportation, kitchens, stores, and general company costs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Control and audit expenses for boats, marine operations, fuel, transportation, kitchens/restaurants, stores, and staff.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and basic HR administration.
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and report findings to management.

Required profile

• Preferably Filipino nationality with a bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong experience in accounting and cost control, preferably in hospitality, tourism, marine or multi‑operation companies.
• Good knowledge of Oman accounting practices, VAT/tax requirements and basic HR procedures is an advantage.
• Organized, trustworthy, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with accounting software.
