AI Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

We are looking for an innovative AI Cybersecurity Expert to lead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into our security operations. In this strategic position you will shape AI‑powered threat detection, automated incident response, and predictive security analytics while ensuring responsible AI governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑driven cybersecurity capabilities.
• Build AI‑powered threat detection and predictive analytics solutions.
• Integrate machine learning into security operations, SOC, and incident response workflows.
• Advise leadership on AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and Shadow AI risk management.
• Evaluate emerging AI security technologies and industry best practices.
• Support secure deployment of Generative AI and large language models across the enterprise.
• Ensure alignment with NIST CSF 2.0, IEC 62443, and organizational security strategy.
• Collaborate with SOC, IT, OT, Digital and Data teams to implement AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, AI, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including hands‑on work with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in Security Operations (SOC), threat detection, security automation or cyber analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance and AI risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS/Google ML Engineer, GIAC are a plus.
