Assistant Manager - Human Capital

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Human Capital will support HR operations at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, ensuring accurate records, effective recruitment, and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date HRIS records, colleague files and workforce planning tools.
• Conduct recruitment and exit interviews for grades 10–7 across all departments.
• Oversee colleague accommodation, clinic and cafeteria services.
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities that promote wellbeing and recognition.
• Provide coaching, counselling and support disciplinary processes in line with legislation.
• Liaise with government agencies for licences, approvals and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, HR Management or equivalent (essential).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience in HRIS administration, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and colleague welfare.
• Good knowledge of local employment legislation and government procedures.
