Executive Human Capital

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Human Capital to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay, a luxury resort in Muscat, Oman. You will act as the primary HR contact, supporting colleagues across the property and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on policies, performance management, disciplinary processes and employee relations.
• Prepare contracts, letters and certificates; maintain audit‑ready employee records and manage purchase orders.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate corporate learning initiatives, manage the Axonify platform and track training completion.
• Plan and execute colleague engagement activities, recognition programmes and CSR initiatives.
• Maintain guest profiles, coordinate VIP arrivals, oversee guest relations and gather feedback to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR or related field is desirable.
• 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in HR or hospitality.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally in the Middle East.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to support internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Axonify learning platform.
