Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications supports the Hotel’s Marketing Manager in creating and delivering on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels. The role aims to boost the hotel’s image, drive consumer awareness, and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and budget, supporting operations, F&B, and sales teams with promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies on creative and media plans, especially for food‑and‑beverage promotions.
• Manage email marketing, display advertising, and digital media schedules, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Facilitate social media engagement, update website and travel‑site content, and run digital campaigns for rooms, weddings, spa and conferences.
• Monitor online reputation, surface guest comments and respond appropriately.
• Support the development of quarterly PR plans, maintain media contacts, and manage visual assets.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
