Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the overall strategy, performance and growth of the brand across sales, marketing, customer service and operations. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for achieving business goals in a competitive automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand’s business strategy, aligning with market trends and company objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategies, pricing, promotions and regular performance reporting.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility and attract customers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including inventory, supply‑chain coordination and dealership network management.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of automotive industry experience with 3‑5 years in senior management or leadership roles.
