Associate Valuer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Valuer to support property valuation assignments throughout Oman. The role combines field inspections, market research, and analytical reporting to deliver accurate property valuations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and valuations across Oman.
• Research the property market and identify comparable properties for valuation purposes.
• Collect, verify and analyse property and market data.
• Prepare valuation reports, pricing documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) where required.
• Estimate materials, time and costs for different property types.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and potential property‑related issues.
• Ensure reports comply with professional guidelines and standards.
• Take clear, professional photographs of properties to support reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or Economics.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Oman for inspections.
• Organised, able to work independently and comfortable handling both numbers and property details.
