Bar and Outlet Manager

About the role

Our client, an ultra‑luxury resort recognised globally, is seeking a Bar and Outlet Manager to lead all bar and beverage operations across the property. The successful candidate will design innovative beverage concepts, ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all bar and beverage outlets, maintaining luxury service standards.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage programs, cocktail menus, wine lists and signature experiences.
• Manage daily operations, service quality, cost control, inventory and purchasing to optimise profitability.
• Drive revenue through menu engineering, promotions, upselling and guest engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
• Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Culinary and Resort Operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts and financial reports, meeting revenue and profit targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant managerial position, with a luxury resort background being mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beverage trends and luxury service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage beverage costs, inventory control, budgeting and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a guest‑centric mindset; fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to join on a single‑status employment package.
