Boiler Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to safely and efficiently operate industrial steam or hot‑water boilers for our client in Muscat.

Key responsibilities

• Operate steam or hot‑water boilers and associated equipment.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption.
• Inspect safety devices, pressure‑relief valves, pumps, compressors, and fans.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Conduct boiler‑water testing and support water‑treatment activities.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate operational and fuel‑consumption records.

Required profile

• Technical qualification and a valid Class 1 Boiler Operator Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial boiler operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of boiler safety and water treatment.
• Experience with steam and hot‑water systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and respond calmly to emergencies.
