Boiler Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Boiler Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial steam boilers and associated systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Troubleshoot boiler and burner faults and support operators during equipment problems.
• Maintain feedwater, condensate, blowdown, and steam‑distribution systems.
• Inspect safety devices, gauges, strainers, and mechanical components.
• Assist with boiler start‑up and shutdown, maintain service records and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial boiler‑maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of steam boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and safety devices.
• Experience with water‑treatment and steam‑distribution systems.
• Able to perform repairs independently.
