Branch Sales Manager – Salalah, Oman

About the role

As we prepare to open our Salalah branch in mid‑2027, we are looking for an experienced bearings professional to take responsibility for branch operations, stock management, sales and counter sales. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who understands the bearing business, enjoys working with industrial customers and is ready to help establish and grow a new branch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stocks and branch operations: maintain accurate inventory, coordinate incoming deliveries and customer dispatches, and identify stock replenishment requirements.
• Develop sales: build relationships with industrial customers, prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and orders, and generate repeat business.
• Handle counter sales and collections: support walk‑in customers, process sales accurately and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the bearings industry.
• Arabic‑speaking ability.
• Prior work experience in Gulf countries.

What we offer

• OMR 800 per month base salary.
• 2 % sales commission payable after the corresponding customer payment is collected.
