Field Sales Engineer (Industrial Gases)

About the role

Athlat Industrial Gases is looking for a results-driven Field Sales Engineer with 3 years of experience in the industrial gas industry to expand its market presence across Oman, manage key accounts and close high-value sales deals. The position is full time and permanent, based in Sohar.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial gas market.
• Deliver technical presentations and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with industrial clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to map out market needs and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience specifically in the industrial gas sector.
• Valid Oman driving licence and a personal car for daily field visits.
• Strong knowledge of Oman's roads and industrial business locations such as Rusayl, Sohar, Duqm and Salalah.
