Brand Coordinator

About the role

The House of AMOUAGE is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support new product development and brand activities. You will work closely with the Brand Development team and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth execution of product launches, shipment coordination, inventory management, and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end flow of NPD and brand shipments, tracking mock‑ups, concentrates, and components.
• Manage picking, packing, and warehouse dispatch processes; prepare and distribute samples to artists and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inbound and outbound documentation and ensure traceability of olfactory development samples.
• Prepare and process Free‑of‑Charge sales orders, secure pre‑approvals, and monitor budget compliance.
• Create and maintain organized stock archives for validated products, displays, and related materials.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory updates across assigned areas.
• Develop and maintain Excel master files, shared databases, and trackers for portfolio management.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, new tracking tools, and communication flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving luxury environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
