Brand Experience & Events Officer

About the role

The Brand Experience & Events Officer will support the planning, coordination and delivery of Hafeet Rail’s internal and external events while ensuring the company’s physical brand presence is visible, consistent and professional across all project sites and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to enhance brand visibility on project sites, facilities, fences, hoardings, gates, access roads and visitor areas.
• Coordinate the design, production and rollout of physical branding elements such as banners, signboards, flags, wayfinding, wall graphics and milestone displays.
• Work closely with Projects, Operations, QHSE, Facilities and contractors to implement and maintain branding in line with corporate guidelines and safety requirements.
• Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of stakeholder visits, VIP tours, milestone events, exhibitions, workshops and corporate activations.
• Prepare event documentation including agendas, run‑sheets, checklists, supplier trackers and guest flow plans.
• Manage event logistics – venue setup, catering, transportation, registration, AV, photography and on‑site support.
• Prepare sites for senior management, media and external delegations, ensuring a professional visitor experience from arrival to departure.
• Collect post‑event feedback, photo documentation and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate branding initiatives across multiple physical locations.
• Experience in planning and delivering internal and external events.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Attention to detail to ensure brand guidelines, safety standards and site constraints are met.
