Business Development Officer – Oman (Assistance Division)

About the role

The Business Development Officer will support office operations, manage the Braxtone Club Program, expand the service provider network and strengthen relationships with insurance, broker, rental car and agency clients in Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including filing, report generation, meeting preparation and office supply ordering.
• Handle the Braxtone Club Program: collect funds from garages, enroll service providers, and negotiate discounts.
• Conduct market research, analyse data and identify new product suppliers.
• Manage client relationships, arrange meetings with potential partners and resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate public relations with Omani ministries, banks and government offices, and support digital media advertising, events and promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to analyse market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Omani business environment and relevant regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Experience with digital media advertising and event planning.
