Business Development Officer (Oman-based)

About the role

The Business Development Officer will support office operations, manage the Braxtone Club Program, expand the service provider network, and strengthen relationships with clients across Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and office supply ordering.
• Answer calls, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors.
• Manage the Braxtone Club Program, collect funds from garages, and enroll service providers.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and identify new product suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, rental car agencies, and other partners.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients and assist in negotiating discounts with service providers.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and government offices.
• Support digital media advertising, organise events and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse collected data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Omani business environment and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital media advertising.
• Event planning experience.
