Business Development Specialist – Software & SaaS Sales

About the role

Metasoft is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to expand its software and SaaS portfolio across Oman. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, presenting technology solutions, and driving the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities throughout Oman.
• Promote software products, SaaS platforms, websites, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
• Generate qualified leads via calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑up communications.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular pipeline and performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, IT solutions, or digital services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of the Oman business market.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales process.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Oman driving licence preferred.
• Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
