About the role
EgoEgo Pharmaceuticals, an Australian‑owned skincare manufacturer, is seeking a Business Manager to lead its commercial activities across Oman and Bahrain. Based in Oman, you will drive sales performance, profitability, and market share for the company’s portfolio, including iconic brands such as QV Skincare.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse market dynamics and develop strategies to grow Ego’s business across multiple trade channels.
- Set and achieve key account targets by executing account plans and providing technical support.
- Evaluate commercial team performance, delivering coaching and training to enhance sales capabilities.
- Monitor distributor operations and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory levels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales in a leadership capacity.
- Strong ability to motivate, empower, and lead teams toward targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
