CCV Line Operator

About the role

We are looking for a CCV Line Operator to join our cable manufacturing team. The role involves producing cables according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce cables that meet the required specifications by following quality compliance procedures and the Quality Control Plan (QCP) at rated speeds.
• Set up and adjust extruder machines efficiently according to operating instructions.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe working area.
• Verify cable orders against the mandate to confirm correct specifications.
• Enter and update production data in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Communicate any issues or deviations to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with vocational training.
• 3 to 5 years of experience operating extruder machines in a production setting.
• Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and in‑process testing.
• Basic technical aptitude.

Required skills

• Extruder machine operation.
• MES system data entry and management.
