Civil Engineer (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Projects Department in Muscat. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Manage contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews of designs, drawings and specifications.
• Administer contracts, tender processes and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and asset‑management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering, construction or infrastructure project management.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor and deliver complex civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling.
• AutoCAD for design review.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001), ISO 27001 and ISO 55001.
• Experience with EPC project execution and contract administration.
• Familiarity with asset‑management principles.
