Coil Tubing Coordinator

About the role

The Coil Tubing Coordinator oversees daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery within the coil tubing sector. This role plans and executes projects, manages resources, and drives continuous improvement in line with KPIs and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily coil tubing operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Plan and execute projects, allocating resources, materials, and ensuring readiness.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct site visits, investigate incidents, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment compliance.
• Maintain accurate equipment records using ERM and MPRO systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, including forecasting, stock control, and avoiding operational disruptions.
• Control operational expenses and oversee third‑party services according to financial and procurement guidelines.
• Lead and supervise staff, approve timesheets, support recruitment, and manage performance.
• Ensure team competency through training, coaching, and development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERM system.
• Proficiency with MPRO system.
• Inventory management and stock forecasting.
