Coil Tubing Field Service Manager

About the role

The Coil Tubing Field Service Manager leads the delivery of coil‑tubing services, ensuring operational excellence, financial control, and strict compliance with client and company standards. This senior position coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages critical inventories, and drives continuous improvement across field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for senior management.
• Improve processes and ensure compliance with contractual, QHSE, and organizational requirements.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and chemicals, guaranteeing accurate asset tracking.
• Maintain strong client communication and lead performance‑review meetings.
• Monitor and control CT & SMS/FB operational costs against CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and updated MPRO records.
• Lead internal and external meetings, addressing management queries on operations and finance.
• Conduct site visits, document non‑compliance findings, and enforce SOP adherence.
• Plan and coordinate job execution to meet client specifications.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development.
• Drive operational improvement meetings and ensure timely completion of annual objectives and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in coil‑tubing operations.
