About the role
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will support headcount planning, labor cost control, and the implementation of rewards programs for Prysmian's operations in Oman. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with approved manpower plans, and effective administration of incentive and compensation programs.
Key responsibilities
- Support annual headcount planning and monitor monthly headcount movements.
- Ensure all hiring and workforce changes comply with the approved Manpower Plan.
- Maintain accurate headcount and workforce data in Workday and ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly labor cost reports and perform variance analysis.
- Administer incentive plans, including data uploads and employee acknowledgements.
- Assist with incentive calculations and communication of results.
- Ensure correct compensation grading for new hires and support benchmarking activities.
- Participate in the review and improvement of compensation and benefits policies.
- Support the implementation of equity plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Compensation & Benefits certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of overall experience, with around 2 years in Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Workday or other ERP HR systems.
- Strong analytical abilities.
