Country Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our drilling services business unit in Muscat, Oman. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on commercial management to ensure profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and secure new contracts for drilling rigs, equipment and related services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key clients across on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Oversee business development initiatives and day‑to‑day commercial operations.
• Monitor business performance metrics, cash flow and P&L to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams on rig maintenance, inspection and refurbishment projects.

Required profile

• Maximum 20 years of total professional experience.
• Proven background in the drilling industry, preferably in operational, technical or commercial roles.
• Experience at Sales Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager level.
• Strong understanding of drilling rigs, equipment, drill pipes and related services.
• Exposure to on‑shore and/or off‑shore drilling, preferably in the Middle East.
• Commercially minded with solid knowledge of cash‑flow management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent client‑facing, relationship‑management and leadership capabilities.
