CRM Specialist (Oman)

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer relationship management communications for our operations in Oman. The role will work closely with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product and CRM teams to ensure users receive timely, relevant, and high‑quality messages across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local CRM campaigns via push notifications, in‑app messages, email, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Manage ad‑hoc communication requests, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Build, schedule, test and launch campaigns based on approved briefs, target audiences and business objectives.
• Support the CRM calendar, coordinating with local teams to align communications with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain automated journeys, lifecycle campaigns and recurring communication flows.
• Monitor live automations, troubleshoot issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Create and validate user segments using behavior, location, lifecycle stage and purchase history.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
