Customer Service Specialist – Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑centric Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Oman. You will be the friendly voice and problem‑solving hero for our users, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on our online marketplace and e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, diagnose issues efficiently, and deliver clear solutions.
• Research and troubleshoot a wide range of platform‑related technical problems.
• Document interactions and resolutions to maintain high‑quality support records.
• Stay updated on platform features and functionalities.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor to build trust with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
• Strong understanding of computers, software, and troubleshooting principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken, written, read).
• Active listening, genuine desire to help, and a solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
