Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead engineering health and delivery enablement for consumer‑facing technology channels. The role bridges engineering management and delivery governance, ensuring teams are empowered while Tech Leads focus on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall engineering health across mobile, web, commerce and AI platforms, driving capacity planning and workforce stability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with Tech Leads, remove operational bottlenecks and support team structuring.
• Collaborate with Programme Leads and PMOs to align capacity with delivery plans and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Drive hiring, onboarding and talent development to meet programme expansion needs.
• Establish visibility into engineering metrics and ensure governance, compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and capability building.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management and talent retention.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery, dependency management and data‑driven decision making.
