Technology Project Manager – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing digital transformation consulting and technology organisation operating across the Middle East. It seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple IT projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Review project proposals, define scope, timelines, budgets and allocate departmental resources.
• Establish work plans, schedule deliverables, milestones and coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Implement communication plans, conduct risk assessments and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee external service providers, approve work plans and ensure project documentation standards.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate without direct control of resources.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
