Digital Marketing Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah. You will help boost the resort’s online presence, attract guests, and drive bookings through strategic digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other channels.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO‑friendly website copy.
• Create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.
• Design and launch email marketing campaigns promoting offers and events.
• Manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance and recommend optimisations.
• Track and report on digital performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and similar tools.
• Work with the website team to keep content current and conversion‑focused.
• Partner with sales, PR and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
