Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media efforts across multiple platforms. You will own performance KPIs from planning to optimization, turning data insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies on Meta, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X/Twitter, managing budgets, pacing, and daily optimization.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages, scaling successful experiments.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking events, and referrals.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to prospective clients, clearly communicating value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while handling objections and closing deals.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competition, and customer preferences, informing campaign adjustments.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to craft compelling messaging, select appropriate channels, and track campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and X/Twitter Ads.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
