Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strong communication and persuasion abilities with deep expertise in paid‑media planning and execution. You will support the marketing team, own performance KPIs from start to finish, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives, including market identification and customer need analysis.
• Design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and X/Twitter, managing budgets, pacing and daily performance.
• Conduct structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies and landing pages, scaling successful variants.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking events and referrals, and initiate contact with potential clients.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, clearly communicating value propositions to drive interest and close deals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts while handling objections with proven marketing techniques.
• Perform market research, analyse trends, competition and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creation, messaging, channel selection and performance tracking.
• Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records, track activities and monitor the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and X/Twitter Ads.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong mathematical and computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
