Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead Al Madina Azarqa’s digital presence across owned, earned and paid channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging while driving audience growth, engagement and lead generation through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube) in line with the approved content calendar.
• Create, review and schedule bilingual (Arabic & English) social media copy, ensuring cultural relevance for the Omani audience.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and compile weekly performance reports.
• Execute paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn, handling audience targeting, budgeting, bidding and creative scheduling.
• Track and optimise campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions) and coordinate with media‑buying agencies.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Technically proficient and creatively minded digital marketer with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience managing multiple digital channels simultaneously and translating performance data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written communication in both Arabic and English, with an understanding of Omani cultural nuances.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, copywriters and external agencies to deliver high‑quality content.
