Digital Solutions & Business Development Executive

About the role

The Media Agent seeks a versatile professional who can both create digital solutions and nurture client relationships. You will work on building websites and e‑commerce platforms while identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications from concept to launch.
• Build and manage sites on Shopify, WordPress, Magento and other CMS/e‑commerce platforms.
• Apply cloud, cybersecurity and AI tools to deliver modern digital solutions.
• Support digital transformation projects, integrate systems and improve workflows.
• Manage Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, including app publishing and updates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations.
• Onboard clients, provide after‑sales support and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist the marketing team with digital campaigns and lead generation, leveraging Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical solutions to clients.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Backend development technologies and databases.
• Shopify, WordPress, Magento (end‑to‑end site management).
• UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• Apple Developer and Google Play Console account management.
• AI tools, basic cybersecurity concepts and cloud technologies.
• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (advantage).
