Director, Global Education Partnerships & Study Discovery Tours

About the role

DANA seeks an experienced education partnership and business development professional to build international relationships with schools, colleges and universities and create opportunities for students to experience Singapore. The ideal candidate already has a strong network in the education sector and experience organising international education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities.
• Build international school‑to‑school and institution‑to‑institution collaborations.
• Promote and manage Singapore Education Discovery Tours.
• Organise international study tours, student exchange programmes and school holiday camps.
• Create short‑term education programmes and university/college mobility initiatives.
• Work with education consultants, student groups and international education organisations.
• Identify new international markets and education partners for DANA.
• Coordinate with Singapore schools, education providers and business partners.
• Represent DANA at education events, school meetings and international activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in education, student mobility, international education or business development.
• Existing relationships with schools, colleges or universities.
• Proven experience organising study tours, student exchanges, overseas programmes or school holiday camps.
• Strong international network and partnership‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop and close institutional partnerships.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
