Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will act as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s objectives and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, create operating budgets and forecast sales versus expenses.
• Analyse financial performance, monitor actual vs projected results and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide analytical support for budget reviews and business‑plan development.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting controls and risk‑management systems.
• Track market trends and financial data to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting sound decision‑making and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (or a Master’s degree with reduced experience requirement).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting (or 1 year with a Master’s degree).
• Proven ability to develop financial plans, conduct analysis and drive profitability.
