Driver-Lead (Heavy Driving License)

About the role

The Driver-Lead is responsible for safely transporting guests and handling vehicle operations for a Marriott property in Muscat. This full‑time position requires a Commercial Driver’s License and the ability to manage daily reporting and vehicle maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily arrival/departure reports and verify special requests.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle.
• Park, inspect, and maintain the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and refueling.
• Record and report any vehicle incidents or damages to management.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete required safety training.
• Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Omani nationality (as indicated in the title).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related driving experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for heavy vehicles.
