Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join Hassan Allam Holding’s team in Al Jardaa, Oman, working on water treatment, wastewater and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at the site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical and other disciplines for smooth execution.
• Review electrical and shop drawings and technical documents.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Track project progress and ensure activities meet the schedule.
• Conduct inspections and liaise with consultants for approvals.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical site works.
• Experience in water treatment, wastewater or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and construction activities.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
