About the role
Cygnet Digital is seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Account Executive to own and expand strategic client relationships across Oman and the GCC region. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise customers through the adoption, retention, and growth of digital, SaaS and cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long‑term client success and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and account expansion strategies.
- Partner with internal delivery, product and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful solution delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to influence product and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales or account management.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, preferably selling ERP, enterprise platforms or regulatory/compliance solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Oman and broader GCC business landscape.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent executive presence, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
