Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS (Omani Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead and expand strategic enterprise relationships across Oman and the GCC. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation with our SaaS, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives and key business stakeholders.
• Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to guarantee seamless onboarding and successful solution delivery.
• Develop new business opportunities inside current customers and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and detailed account plans.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy.

Required profile

• Omani national.
• 6‑10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience selling ERP, enterprise software, cloud, digital transformation, or compliance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman and wider GCC market.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
