About the role
The client in Salalah seeks an Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer. You will act as the central hub for coordinating cross‑functional activities, monitoring project execution, and ensuring timely follow‑up on critical business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, presentations, business reports, and management summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational updates and action tracking.
- Maintain confidential records, correspondence, and official documents.
- Support day‑to‑day operational coordination, business communication, and monitoring of manufacturing operations.
- Track operational milestones, project deliverables, and implementation timelines.
- Assist in preparing operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required.
- Escalate critical operational issues and ensure timely closure of action items.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 3‑6 years of experience in executive coordination, operations support, or project coordination.
- Relevant experience in the Oman manufacturing industry (GCC experience preferred).
- Exposure to engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
