Executive Management Officer for Ibri Solar Project

About the role

The Executive Management Officer (EMO) will lead the Ibri Solar project company, overseeing construction, operations, people and processes to meet contractual, regulatory and reporting obligations. The role ensures safe, sustainable and profitable delivery of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved infrastructure and business plans using project management and financial controls.
• Monitor EPC and O&M contractors, assess construction progress, quality, claims and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental mitigation, and all project contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.).
• Report regularly to the Project Company Board and represent the company in governmental and regulatory matters.
• Manage fiscal affairs, capital structure, financing arrangements and margin requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in large‑scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with governments, shareholders, EPC and O&M contractors.
• Ability to develop strategic, tactical and financial plans and drive organizational development.
• Experience in overseeing construction programs, quality assurance and operational optimization.
