Construction Superintendent (E&IT)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead the planning, preparation and execution of the Compression Platform E&IT discipline, overseeing activities from yard work to load out.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure constructability of designs aligns with project engineering drawings, industry standards and safety criteria.
• Manage construction activities with a focus on safety, quality and schedule, supervising contractor and subcontractor work for fabrication, mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning and commissioning.
• Identify progress or quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• At least 8 years of experience in large offshore decks/topsides/living quarters in an E&IT supervisory role.
• Experience working with multinational teams and major oil & gas, construction or service companies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of project execution procedures, fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with offshore facilities, sour‑gas and LNG production environments, and relevant design standards and safety codes.
