Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor – LNG Plant

About the role

The Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor will lead multidisciplinary OSBL and ISBL works for a large‑scale LNG plant, ensuring safety, schedule and cost objectives are met. The role requires strong HSE leadership, technical oversight and coordination with EPC contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Construction Superintendent and manage construction, pre‑commissioning and punch‑list activities for all ISBL/OSBL disciplines.
• Review contractor deliverables, ensure design validity, and coordinate interfaces between electrical, instrumentation and other disciplines.
• Monitor construction progress, report deviations, and propose mitigation actions to senior management and EPC contractors.
• Enforce corporate and local HSE policies, use Stop‑Work authority when required, and report incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least 10 years of oil & gas construction experience, covering ISBL execution, structural and mechanical works.
• Proven ability to lead multinational teams, influence safety and schedule decisions, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong HSE culture, safety leadership and experience with Omani norms and practices.
